1. Leaderboard & Spot Placements

goodSaaS (goodsaas.lol) is a curated live leaderboard and discovery platform for software products and SaaS tools. We offer both verified free listings and premium paid spotlight spot reservations:

  • Top 3 Spotlight ($99 / 7 Days): 7-day prime header placement for Spots #1, #2, and #3. After 7 days, listings automatically roll over to the standard catalog with all community clicks preserved.
  • Trending 3 ($59 / 7 Days): 7-day breakout placement for Spots #4, #5, and #6. After 7 days, listings automatically roll over to the standard catalog.
  • Standard Listing (Free · $0): Searchable community listing ranked dynamically by verified live referral clicks forever.

2. No Refunds Policy (All Sales Final)

Spot placements, listings, and promotions on GoodSaaS are digital advertising services delivered immediately upon payment and automated verification.

Because placement visibility, referral traffic, and live directory positioning are provisioned instantaneously, all purchases and spot reservations are final and non-refundable. Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication may result in immediate permanent delisting of the submitted domain.

3. Product Acceptance & Content Guidelines

To maintain high quality for our visitors, all submitted products must meet basic standards:

  • The submitted URL must be a live, reachable, functional SaaS or software tool.
  • Products involving malware, phishing, scams, illegal activities, deceptive practices, or hateful content will be rejected or removed immediately without refund.
  • GoodSaaS reserves the right to reject or remove listings that violate these guidelines or harm directory integrity.

4. Live Clicks & Ranking Integrity

GoodSaaS employs automated anti-bot, anti-scraper, and click-deduplication systems. Only genuine, verified human browser clicks are counted. Any attempt to artificially manipulate rankings or flood click counts using automated bots, click farms, or scripts will be filtered and may result in domain removal.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

GoodSaaS and its directory services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind regarding specific visitor counts, conversions, or sales resulting from listings.
